There is a Volksplane i Sweden that is for sale, contact the swedish EAA and they will give you the name and E-mail of the owner. Itīs not a pretty plane but it does the job.
www.eaa.se I think itīs yellow blue based in Stockholm.
If you want to get up to this summer already I have only one advice. Buy one flying. Finishing a plane alomost always costs more then to buy one RTF. (ready to fly)
