sorry for the confusion on the posting of the productivity pay. ofcourse it had to come out. i'd imagine a lot of crew may start moving out of the company starting next year if they didn't get that increase. there was some talk lately that the company had announced the plan to lease/buy 777s with the first one to be delivered 2008.had they delayed the increase to next year that would have further cut the crew list they could put into the 777s.
last october i put in 90+ hours.for it i have total prod pay of 110k. flew with one capt and i dont remember how much he flew then but it might have been low. he got 160k.thats net of taxes.
