I bet you still have to pay for the endorsement when the 787 arrives though. The board no doubt sees pilots as a way to further line their own pockets.
Don't forget to take EVERY sickie people - show them the respect they obviously have for us.
"And remember we do get training credits from the manufacturer for the introduction of the new aircraft type so the training of our engineers and pilots are covered by the introduction costs of the aircraft"
