And after a four year, very low paid apprenticeship and 24 weeks in College, why shouldn't the electrician be highly paid???
To each his own. No doubt a miner could afford to pay for a Commercial Pilot License and a Pilot could obtain work on a mine site.
It's all a matter of personal choice.
