BIG E has hit the nail on the head there, experience is'nt everything, attitude is everything, there is a good mix of experience at EZY and it works well, as for wanting to bring in less experience for low wage, well thats a laugh, how about, being able from to promote from within, giving existing ops people the chance to move up and then back fill, surely that than gives career progession which is good for team and good for morale. Just because you have 20+ years does not give you divine right, could be the case that an appointment like that could put noses out of joint and upsets balances and with the attitudes shown on this thread, maybe would have bee proved right!!!
