What happens if you run your browser and then enter the address http://213.161.73.143 ... does that get you to PPRuNe?

I cannot run browser as it does not connect to the internet-I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
If you meant to do a "ping" then it states "Ping request could not find host http://213.161.73.143. Please check the name and try again."
