Do you REALLY not know how to derive time from distance and speed? Or how to look up a book to find the conversion factors?
Or just too bone lazy, just ask it here and somebody will do the work for you?
Time = distance/speed. Thirty miles divided by thirty knots equals one hour.
Look up the rest yourself, or just wait. It will come.
