Does your post mean there is a more recent Terrain DB available and if so, where did you find it? There's no mention of it on the Garmin Website or in the recent Flight Safety article.

PHTR - My GNS430 has Worldwide Terrain Database ver 2.03 Cycle 06T1.
My understanding is that this is a 2006 vintage database.
I suspect that you can get an upgrade direct from Garmin (maybe online if you are setup to get your other databse upgrades online), or from local Garmin avionics dealers.
