More than airplane Tanzania need more professional pilots.Looking at all those years with a lots aviation problems and attitude of pilots "serving" at any cost their boss the situation will never take off there.BE 1900 ? yes very good airplane so also the C208 and so on , but until the mentality of servilism and unprofessionality will remain , no matter what airplane you will put in tanzania nothing will change.
