It's true m&v and I would add that no matter what experience you have, there will always be some one out there that has a little more than wath you have. I was lucky enough to get some turboprop time at a very early stage in my carreer and just when I was ready to jump on a jet I was beginig to think that I was labbled as a "turboprop pilot" for ever. But eventualy I moved on to jets. Some of my freinds were in a similar situation on pistons aircraft, and eventualy they moved on to where they wanted to go. I gess what I'm saying is there are no job that will come to you free. You have to go out ther and sell your stuff to the companies. Make your own luck and meet as many people as possible. In this industry it's all about who you know.
Be the master of your desteny....
