As a military pilot, you will not have a licence of any kind, therefore you will not go through a conversion procedure. You will have to gain your CPL just like any other wannabe, though your hours will count to some degree. Should you accrue sufficient service time and flying hours, you may qualify for exemptions in that procedure - but it will take many years to get to that position.

While there's no harm in considering your life after the military, the Services aren't too keen on their new recruits already planning their exit from military life. You will have plenty of time - and advice - available within the Army at the appropriate time to assess your options for when your time is up.

P.S. Luckily for you, I didn't move this post to the Military Aircrew forum; you'd have been eaten alive!
