Also, there was a part of the package that would've given substantial pay increases for flying multi-leg sectors. Meaning extra pay for 3rd, 4th legs of the day.
But the new November skeds shows lesser multi-leg sectors with an abundance of 2-leg sectors that can have you flying 6 straight days of only 2-leg sectors instead of the much saner 4-5 days with multiple sectors. And previously scheduled 4-leg milk runs to Cebu are now spread out among the crew, contrary to the previous practice of maximizing the pilot's day.
It's kinda' smart too. Management can always claim that they're spreading the flying time amongst the pilots (due to higher productivity pay) but at the same time limit their multi-leg payments without explicitly saying so.
