Some are happy
, still, some are not
. It's all relative I guess. (Groups 1 & 2 are relatively happier vs. Grp 3 & 4 as you may've correctly deduced). Some Grp 1 pilots are less unhappier compared to their Asiana counterparts

Heard some from the 320s are holding off on leaving. Others may just wait for the year-end bonus and leave
. Others may have already given the nod to their new employers so once more, we wait and see.
The new buzz is that PAL has (rumor has it) already signed with Boeing (last Monday night) and GE Leasing for 4 777s to be delivered in 2009. This was to settle the $115 Million (?) deposit of PAL to Boeing that's still being held by EXIMBank or Boeing for the cancelled 747 orders. This was also reportedly done to secure the orders just in case Emirates wants to get additional 777s after their cancelled 340s.
Again, all rumors but the buzz is stronger. As always, we shall wait and see.
