Maybe, maybe not. I have seen some good guys there, but when they got a management position, they changed a lot. Maybe becuase of pressure from higher management, or they are simply blinded by power we dont know. But one thing is for sure, if you are still helping line pilots when you are management, they will pressure you to quit the post.
