800 tail will tip at approx 51% mac. This equates to nobody sitting forward of the overwing exits with all pax aft of the exits. This happened in my airline because of a disruptive pax, the cops held the pax aft of the overwing but let the rest off. Captain came bounding down the fwd stairs and nearly broke neck as bottom step was floating. A/c not quite tipped at that point. Stopped the offloading of fwd cargo holds and got pax fwd, incident avoided!!!
Note, that fuel in CTR tank bring mac fwd also. So I think the 51% is assuming no CTR tank fuel
