This is what is being proposed
Is it acceptable for a small unit say 30 staff of which only 8 are unuion members to be in a collective bargining set up.
Even if the Salary,loss of licence,roster change, sickness benifit issues were being addressed the 8 are paying( or not ) for a toothless institution whose only advice is to suggest industrial action, and that is really going to go down well.
IMHO get all the staff to put into a get out of jail fund
