There are quite a few people at our Band 2 unit that are only in Prospect for legal help if they stuff up.Prospect and Nats have completely shafted this unit over the last 15 years.However the traffic has rocketed since the Banding farce.We are getting traffic growth of over 15% per annum and another 5% looming in the winter schedules.That's before the huge increase in helicopter traffic.What do we get from Prospect and Nats.Nothing from Nats and junk mail from Prospect.Can't blame people for getting fed up with it.

Why do people always trundle out the ''Become a rep'' theme.We can't all be reps.The last time I looked we were only allowed 2.There is no way to improve the situation unless you're at a big unit,and start getting militant.Smaller units don't have a chance
