if you are that unhappy with the service speak to your Rep... if still not happy become a Rep!!
Or do you want the benefits but are not prepared to do the footwork??
The Reps do their best, and are unpaid for it - anyone who is that disgruntled should try to become one.
It's not a case of "prospect should do it all as we pay the dues"... to work effectively, Prospect need people on the shop floor.
