Good timing lads, just spent today doing a bit of research on this. From what I can find out CASA is in the process of re-writing its Part 145 regs to reflect the EASA and ICAO SARPS recommendations for HF training for maintenance organisations.
I think they are not going to be ratified until the end of the year, unless of course you know differently!
