For Falcon command you will need a fast jet background and preferably single seat at that. There are a few (very rare) exceptions.
Even those that join with FJ skill sets have to achieve 500 hrs MCC time in the RHS to meet CAA requirements. This may be on the King Air for FPL calibration role (ICAO Annex 10 Flight Inspection role requires 2 pilots see:
www.flightprecision.co.uk) before moving over to the Falcons.
FOs have joined from varied backgrounds with a wide range of experience - ex instructors for the most part.
First year is £18K before tax (although there are negotiations for better start options)
Both Falcon and B200 2nd year "B scale" is much better - around £32k plus allowances.
Roster: emailed on Friday night for following week and the company demands flexibility - especially on FPL side where there are lots of detachments around Europe from the Canaries to Stornoway, Schipol to Faro and beyond! So expect changes during the week.
The People and the Flying are very good - lots of hands on and raw data IF work for FPL.
Falcons are much busier at DTV than down South, but Bournemouth has nice perks like a great canteen!
