Given the choice, I prefer to fly on DJ. The attitude of staff is better. If I go into a shop and the staff are so busy putting products on a shelf that they don't have time to help me, I don't bother going there.
Thats how I now feel about Qantas.
Maybe, I've just been unlucky. The DJ crowd are friendly. I don't want brass bands and cheerleaders, just be treated as if my patronage is appreciated rather than an inconvenience.
