Yeah, that would be nice to know considering there are still no tax breaks
with you guys, if that would be net then inflation should not catch up within a year. But then other carriers will start paying more because they recognize
the experience of your pilots. Hence, the old stick and carrot game again.
You will make the same amount of money working only for 5 years outside compared to 15 years inside .....and you only fly 70-80 hours max a month.
life is full of tradeoffs.................
