Krusty, none of us have any idea what the wages will be set at. The EBA shambles rolls on from one month to the next with nothing of any substance being released. There will be plenty of recruiting onto both the 737 and 170/190. The minimum requirement for the 737 is going up to over 5000 hours due to the last couple of intakes performing so badly. Haven't heard of a age limit though. If you get onto the 737, expect to sit in the right seat for at least 7 years. We already have too many "aces" thinking they should be in the left seat.
