I think the bonding idea is a great one, and I'm one of the throng that has forked out for the endo earlier in the year.
If we all clung to the I had to do it so you should too mentality, nothing would ever improve for anyone.
As far as the bonding issue goes, it has been mentioned that those involved would be on a slightly reduced pay scale for the period of said bond. Only what i have heard.
There were suggestions made early this year that due to company demographics,
vb were (unofficial of course) looking for drivers to be:
< 30 years old
< 3000 hours
> 500 multi crew
None of these appear to be set in stone, I was on the wrong side of two of them
