Our Department {in its infinite wisdom) decided after umpteen years to actually give us commission - then found that all too hard.
So now, they take all the commission and divvie it up amongst the top few sellers (and CSMs to ensure it gets pushed on board).
So if you get it assigned to you once in a blue moon - someone else will get the fruits of 'your' labour.
{Don't even get me started on the crew that operate short during the service so the Duty-free gets done!
