yawn .. anyone, including coppers, can refuse to submit to alcohol and or drug testing. Of course the legislative procedures in each state/territory mandate the force able to be used for 'assisted' compliance and the consequences of not complying are also contained therein. I guess that would also then go hand in hand with other company policy/procedures when in the 'unlikely' event such a thing would happen.
