Hmm, gents you're just tingling the most sensitive nerve. While some of us might dream of a pay rise may I remind all of us that not even the promised provident fund has been established yet. Any employer must equalize the wages level with the current inflation rate last year it was almost 9%. Talking about buying power it got less at the rate of 9 % driven mainly by rent prices and petrol prices. A liter of super almost doubled during the last two years although still reasonable compared to EU. As long as I've flown around 900 hours a year it did make sense financially. Anything below 70 hours a month doesn't look that attractive any more, which is the case on the 346 fleet for the time being. Hopefully it will get better. Pay rise?-only if stuck in absolute shortage, I'd guess.
Cheers.
