A few months ago I read that Ryanair's negotiations with MAD were all going swimmingly, except for one contentious point. That was: that Ryanair could not get the slots it desired for MAD - STN.
I suppose we'll find out tomorrow whether Ryanair got their way in the end or not. My guess is: MAD - STN 3xdaily, Ryanair got their way
