They do run a traineeship program that covers up to a CPL, CIR(M) and FIR with employment following. (Not many schools guarantee the first 100 hours of employment after comleting a FIR). Very busy during school holidays as they run a very good high school program (boarding at Bacchus with tours of all kinds of aviation aspects, eg polair, tulla ops, exec air, rotary ops, QF maintenance to name a few) and 4 Wing RAAF cadets at Point Cook. Never heard of the guaranteed chieftain endorsement, (unlike offers I've seen made by other schools chasing students), but enough work to make casual employment well worth it over these periods. As stated before, I don't work for them anymore and I refuse to bag companys (it's unfair to their students), but I will give the facts (as far as I know) on good operations.
