I don't understand your question. zero fuel weight cannot be zero. it is the weight of the aircraft with zero fuel in the tanks. if this can be a minimum by regulations is one of the thread discussion points, as well as minimum flight weight. since I know little of these concepts, I'm just reading and trying to learn, leaving the posts to those with some experience.
