Most of the last page was VMC related, in fact ....

while minimum zero FUEL weight is a kind of strange concept for a glider, minimum flight weight or minimum operating weight might apply. Excuse my ignorance, but is the ballast fixed or jettisonable? I assume the latter, in which case I'd have thought that any equivalent to min ZFW would apply to the de-ballasted case, not the case with ballast.
