Impulse not my field of expertise but this might help. Impulse was a freight operated by Gerry McGowan in the 80's. In 1993 Impulse took over the collapsed regional Oxley Airlines and Pacific Aviation in1994. Has new crew bases in Sydney and Melbourne. New CEO is Bevan Coote former head of Eastern Australian Airlines.
