Joining RYANAIR allready type rated?
Can anybody put me in the picture as what to expect on joining Ryanair already with a type rating and decent hours on type but needing upgrading to NG from 300-500?
How much can you expect in take home pay £££ as an senior FO at a UK base i.e EMA or LPL, STN ?- and how long on average does promotion take given the rapid expansion? Equally are you on reduced pay for an initial period etc.
I am also keen to find out what the upgrade process to Captain is like as the operator I am with now seems to prefer DEC's and as such has a long and arduous assessment process for existing FO's eligible for promotion.
