Well I am going to rant about the parking.
Came back to Luton on a sunday evening a couple of weeks ago, The person giving me a lift home pulls into the drop off/short term parking area. I get in and we try to leave within the 10 minute period. By the time we got past the other people who were being picked up/dropped off and joined the queue at the barrier, it was 20 minutes and they charged us. Who ever came up with the idea that 10 minutes is long enough, either does not live in the real world or is deliberately trying to raise revenue.
For anyone to say Joe Public can have no complaints shows nothing but contempt for the customers that Luton desperately needs to attract.
