Having been able to see copies of the staff lists for the mauritanian operation for the past 2 years, I would honestly say that for the size of the operation, there has been a far bigger turnover of both aircrew and engineers, than any other Bristow base worldwide.
Having a quick count up, I can recall 7 pilots and 7 engineers (4 of which were chief eng's), and from what I've heard through the jungle drums, the exodus hasn't finished yet.
I believe that Mauritania is a very nice place, which should have people queueing up to go there, and it's about time someone in Bristow management started asking why there isn't.
