Yea its not allowed in Canada either where i did all my training/licenses. I am just asking now because quite a few places in the states do this and it has to be legit since they do it under their rules if you are FAA licensed (see "ari ben aviator")...i am a dual citizen (Canadian/American) and will be converting all my licenses in December and i would like to log everything to benifit(under both systems..Canadian/FAA) me as best as possible, however i dont want to log stuff that will hurt me later on. I would have a total of 25hours logged this way if i did it....

Can any Americans that have done this and moved on to Cathay give me insight on the issue?
