A stupid question
Before everybody makes fun of me I know this might be a silly question.......
But in the on line application when I try to upload the photo it is always too big ( only allows 10k) but when I reduce the size of the photos I end up with a jumble of dots!!!
Any ideas of getting around this?
No smart arse replies like " Don't apply in the first place" Please I want to make up my own decision
