sorry for helping take this thread off track...
T &C s for the ground instructors are very similar to the F/O conditions I think.
Now that the Sim duties you will be doing are equivalent to what EK TRI and TRE Captains have been doing, you should be getting something close to a Capt. T & Cs but I don't think they have sorted this out yet. T&Cs in EK are a supply and demand thing, market forces and all that.
