Like waco find your question strange. Why have you applied for a position that you know nothing about? Most people that apply for Ops positions do seem to have an understanding of the type of work they will be faced with.
1. Do you have any aviation experience?
2. Why do you want to work in aviation?
3. Why would I want to employ you?
If you are going in at entry level - experience not essential, be yourself, have an interest in aviation - it helps.
