...Lobe. All is not lost on that front. Apparently the teeth of the IR laws is in the regulations, not the Act. A change in the regulations does not require the Act to be repealed.
Rumour has it that is was set up this way by some savvy public servants advising the Minister. If so, I take back everything I ever said about public servants..!
