Possible.

I worked on CRJ 100/200. I am not aware who installed them but you can easily see them on CRJ 200 flying in North America (Air Canada - jazz, United feeders, Delta feeders).

Also it is a part of FAT 25 amendment (I forgot the number). All Part 121 US Operators and Part 129 foreign operators (flying to the USA) are obliged to have it.

It should have been incorporated in ICAO paperwork as well, therefore making it a part of JAA documentation as well.

I do not know if JAA requires the same thing.
