some of the terms I've learned not to use:
'Fog' when 'early morning mist' is better.
'Thunderstorms'..........'heavy rain'
'Terminal' ..................'stand'
'Final destination'.........name of airport.
Generally altitude, speed, eta, routing, wx at destination & any significant landmarks out of the window suffices.
