But out there in Qantas land they buy beer from the retailers in aluminium cans called tinnies, and they buy those in packs of 24 called slabs. So suggest the New Universal Currency be SLABS, and then you can compare incomes after taking out whatever the local taxman thinks is his reward for whatever he provides in your life. Easy.
