Location: Used to be 3rd Sand Dune from the Left - But now I'm somewhere else somewhere else.

with white foam that surrounded the airplane as seen by CHOPPER 4 which flew over the scene immediately after the incident
I know the runway was no longer "active", but can the US Press Choppers fly unrestricted within camera height over active commercial airports?
