Is there any benefit to going from bmi to BA? None that I can see.
After having looked at the pension (not much better than ours) the money only gets good when you go long haul. Very impersonal way of life. Type frozen for 4 years, pay frozen for the same length of time. Nah flappless, you're welcome to BA
And if BA is the paradise you imply then why are BA pilots leaving for other companies abroad??

Roster stability is good, we get what 5 weeks notice last time? Last summer was bad and that issue still hasn't been addressed but things at the moment are pretty good.
People leave but it's not necessarily for the reasons you state. Various people have handed in there notice and have rescinded at the last moment.
I still state I'm as happy as a pig in !!!!! working for bmi
Things aren't perfect but I never expect them to be.
