Will, I've known a significant number of bean-counters in my time.
Some have been almost respectable people (one even went to church every day). Some had enough self-knowledge to respect the fact that they didn't know much about what went on beyond the figures in front of them. Some even refrained from beating their wives and robbing sellers of The Big Issue.
However, IMHO, MO'L would not be even remotely related to any of the above. He does not appear to have the slightest sense of morals, or human decency, or respect for his employees, or anyone else, save for what he can get out of them in terms of cash. As far as I can see, the little sh!t does not have a moral bone in his body. I hope he rots in hell.
