Whats my £50 used for at Ryanair
Why does it cost £50 to apply for a job at
Ryanair?
To apply for a job in their HR department - it is free.
Is there an additional administrative overhead on the pilot recruitment process?
Is it to cut down on timewasters?
Could it be that the pilot recruitment
process is regarded as an additional
revenue stream by the HR dept ??
Or is this too cynical...
Are they sending the right messages to any potential pilot employee.
Do they give you the £50 back after joining?
