I really cant see the VNV allowing a merger of the klmuk and klm cityhopper seniority lists. What does need to be realised by the VNV is that it really makes sense that KLMuk are allowed to fly from the UK then into Europe and back to the uk, eg, STN-AMS-CDG-AMS-STN. Also for cityhopper to fly to the UK on the early slots. This would stop all the expensive and life disrupting night stops in AMS for the KLMuk crews and help to crew the Eurowings routes when they pull off later in the year.
