There is a quota of rooms at the hotel at that rate and ideally you should book at least a week in advance to get that rate. It is walking distance from Ryanair's SIM centre and they also operate a courtesy coach bus for free from the Thistle to the Ryanair centre. Ask for one of the newer rooms. The breakfast is not great. There is good takeaway food in the filling station across the road.
Parking is a little limited now at the Ryanair SIM centre as they have just installed a new cabin crew training block with a 737 fuselage inside it. It has lost approx 14 parking spaces.
