I'm with Nice-Beaver. Sure last year was awful for us eJ pilots but things are changing now and that is a fact even though not everyone is willing to admit it - rosters are better now and despite the recent posts on pay, there are a lot worse offers around and with all the new aeroplanes coming there are plenty of promotion prospects. It's human nature that when you've been critical of your outfit for so long (and admittedly with some grounds in eJ) then it is difficult to accept that things are finally getting better and you have less to complain about. There are still things wrong but having worked for several companies during my career, that is pretty much the case everywhere.
